The Savvy 7 - Luck

We are so glad you could join us!

Hello, everyone! I'm so excited to be sharing an additional creation with you this week!
Luck can be found in so many different symbols. I remember finding a ladybug as a child and my mother telling me it was good luck. I knew I had to use this ladybug from Unity's Hang in There Lady kit. I just love this sweet ladybug taking a ride on a dandelion... so sweet! I stamped and embossed her in black on a piece of watercolor paper that I had created using Ken Oliver's Color Burst. While the color burst was reacting to the water I used a paper towel rubbing upwards to give a sweeping motion effect. I thought it was perfect to help the ladybug fly. I added a bit more color to the ladybug and popped on some sequins. The sentiment I typed up on my computer and then printed it out on white card stock. I cut it out and adhered it to the card using stampin' dimensionals.

Here's a close up of the sparkly goodness on the dandelion. I added some white gel pen, clear wink of stella, and some clear Sakura gel pen. This picture shows just a bit of the shimmer!

Savvy 7 Blog Hop - All You Need Is Love

We are so glad you could join us!

Here's our link list along with an extra project by Amber Trubiak to get us started!
Hi everyone,  I used my Simon Says Stamp Feb card kit, their clear stamp set "Coffee and Tea", "Coffee Love" die, patterned paper from Doodlebug's Cream and Sugar Collection, epoxy sprinkles from Doodlebug.  The k-cup holder is a piece of Neenah Desert Storm cut 1 3/4x9.  I randomly stamped a misc coffee bean stamp all over it, inside and out, then used an SU Tag topper punch.

Savvy 7 Blog Hop - Snowflakes

Welcome to our very first hop here at the Savvy 7! We are so glad you cold join us!

Here's our link list along with an extra project by Eva Bussom to get us started!
Hi everyone, for my project I used lots of Fun Stampers Journey products, along with a cool element from the Richard Garay collection.

I started with a piece of vellum and stamped it with the Pretty Flakes stamp set, in Cool Pool, Pool Play and then in Whip Cream which was heat set. Next, the hello was a part of the RG Amaze Die Cutting machine, a set of dies, which included the "Hello"! I added a layer of Brush Silver, cut with the Rectangle Dies, piercing dies to match and used Whip Cream as my base. I hope you enjoy it!

Our founding seven members will be doing the hop each month on the first Sunday! But because of the New Year Holiday, we've moved it back a week so that everyone could have time to enjoy our hop.
